Thicket Bed & Breakfast began with a simple idea: Canadian, Texas deserved a place where visitors could feel the same warmth and welcome that locals share with each other. Not a chain, not a stopover — a real home away from home.

We opened our doors on Lake Marvin Road because of the quiet beauty here. The way the light changes over the lake in the evening. The old oaks that shade the property. The sense that you've stepped into a place that isn't trying to be somewhere else.
